Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Baffee. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Baffee on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
The service
Baffee is a customer engagement platform. Businesses create “TapPoints” that customers tap or scan to leave feedback, collect loyalty stamps, and reach review pages. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Baffee for anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent;
- manipulate reviews in breach of any third-party platform’s policies — Baffee is designed to route feedback compliantly and must not be used to suppress or fabricate reviews;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
- collect customer data through Baffee for any purpose other than your own legitimate customer engagement, in line with applicable data-protection law.
Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider.
- Fees are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Your data and your customers
You are responsible for your relationship with your own customers, including having a lawful basis to collect and use their data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Baffee and its branding, software, and content belong to us. You keep ownership of the content and data you put into the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the service to you.
Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Baffee available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for third-party services (such as review platforms or payment providers) that Baffee links to or relies on.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data; and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Baffee at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
